DID YOU KNOW THAT YOUR PLACENTA AND CORD BLOOD CAN HELP INFANTS, CHILDREN, AND ADULTS ?

HELPING OTHERS

YOUR PLACENTA WHICH IS DISCARDED AFTER YOUR INFANT IS BORN HAS THE POTENTIAL TO HEAL OTHERS SUFFERING FROM A MULTITUDE OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS

During your pregnancy, the placenta not only keeps your baby healthy inside your tummy but also executes a number of critical roles throughout the nine months of your pregnancy.  Some of its important functions include:

  • Supplies adequate nutrition to your baby

  • Filters the blood to eliminate the harmful substances that might be hazardous to your infant

  • Acts as the baby’s lung and allows the transmission of oxygen to your baby

  • Produces many hormones that are critical for your baby's growth and well-being.

After your baby's birth, the placenta which once served as your baby's life line is removed as an "after birth" and is usually discarded as medical waste.  NOW, YOU CAN CHOOSE TO DONATE YOUR PLACENTA THAT CAN HELP HEAL MANY DIFFERENT HEALTH ISSUES.

Unfortunately, the majority of placentas (after birth) are discarded as medical waste.  Now through our Placenta Donation Program, you can choose to donate your placenta that provided such an important role for your baby during your pregnancy and can be reused to provide life saving biological material to treat many healthcare conditions.

Currently, there are not enough placenta donations to keep up with the demand from biotech research companies.  This is where YOU can make a difference!  By donating your placenta, you have the potential to help many patients and families.
